Tap Dance Classes

When you put those tap shoes on, you just can't stop your feet!

Once the basics have been learnt, rhythm tap is developed and progressed throughout the Grades.  The ISTD Tap syllabus was totally re-created in 2008, with some of the higher grades still being re-vamped now.  The new syllabus is completely up to date with current styles of Tap coming over from America offering an exciting way to learn Tap through the use of rhythm, timing, accurate placing and technique, formations and performance skills to upbeat and lively music.

From paradiddles to wing buck and slide and even the Shim Sham Shimmy, why not come along and "riff and roll" with the GSTARS Tap Classes.

Come and learn some fantastic tricks, amaze your friends with fast footwork, learn some show stopping routines and take part in various performances and examinations.

Let your feet become your instrument!

Tap Dance Classes are held in Royston
